Non-Defective Merchandise
If you are not satisfied with any product that is not custom-made or special order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and you will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA). We do refund any taxes you were charged. We do not refund or credit shipping and processing charges, which includes credit card fees if you ordered with a credit card. Normal time for processing returns is 10-14 days after we receive your return.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, in original saleable condition. You must include the Return Authorization number (RA) we have issued to you. Returned packages without Return Authorization numbers will be refused.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail on the way back to us. therefore we urge you to insure your shipment to us for the full retail value, so the carrier of your choice will reimburse you for the loss or damage.

We want our customers to be content with their purchases, so please make sure your color selections, sizes, item numbers, etc., are correct at time of purchase as we have a no refund policy after 10 days.

If you request a return within 10 days of when you received your package from us, our return department will issue you an authorization number. You have your choice of a refund, online store credit, or exchange. Any refunds, exchanges or store credits will be less shipping, handling, customer damage and a 20% restocking fee. Your refund, credit or exchange will be issued within 10 to 14 days after we have received the returned merchandise. Please note that shipping/handling/credit-card fees are not refundable.

If you choose to have an exchange instead of a refund or store credit, you will be charged the cost of shipping the new item to you and any price difference in cost, if you exchange for an item higher in price than the exchange amount due you. If the exchange item is lesser in cost, you will receive a refund for the difference.

After 10 days of receiving your order, Catholic-Shop-Gifts.com will consider the sale finale and we will not accept a return. Any merchandise return/exchange request after 10 days from the date you receive your order, will not be granted; any packages returned without a return authorization will not receive a refund, nor will it be shipped back to the customer. We appreciate your understanding the need for our company to maintain profitability, one of them by setting return/exchange policies that protect against abusive returns or returns of unsaleable merchandise, and to have a point when we can count when the sale is finale and realize profit from the sale to continue business.

Please note: due to the volume of orders we receive, we do not notify you when we receive your return, or when we issue you credit for your return. If you want to have record of our receipt of your return, purchase Delivery Confirmation if you ship by USPS, or use UPS which automatically provides tracking. Your refund will appear in the next billing cycle of your credit card, following the 10-14 day period it takes to process your return. If your delivery confirmation or UPS tracking shows we have received your return, rest assured it is safe in the Shipping Department; however, the volume of packages in the shipping department prohibits us from providing individual updates on any return/exchange. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Defective or Wrong Merchandise Received:
Our Catholic-Shop-Gifts.com team works hard to fulfill your order! On occasion, despite our earnest effort to maintain high quality control, we are humbled by human error. If we make a mistake, we will correct it free of charge, and you will be reimbursed for any shipping costs necessary to return the defective or wrong merchandise to us. And we hope you will forgive us!!! Defective products will be replaced free of charge with identical products ordered.

Nonrefundable Merchandise:
Any item that is not in its original condition (i.e. has become damaged, or is missing parts), is not in its original packaging, and is not in its original saleable condition. Also nonrefundable are: custom made items, such as all Creed Rosary products, all Church Supplies & statuary (these are made to order), 14Kt gold items, Baptism, Communion Dresses, wearable accessories, such as bows, ties, and Nativity sets and special order items are nonreturnable, no exceptions. However defective custom items, Creed Rosary products, Church Supplies & statuary, 14Kt gold items, Baptism & Communion Dresses, wearable accessories, such as bows, ties, and Nativity sets and special order items will be repaired or replaced when the defect is due to workmanship or material; customer damage or shipping transit damage is not covered.

Merchandise Damaged During Shipping:
USPS Priority Mail shipping, and Rush Overnight shipments are insured against shipping transit damage. Such damage must be reported to the delivery carrier, and the original shipping box saved with the shipping label in order to process your claim for reimbursement directly through the shipping carrier. Catholic-Shop-Gifts.com is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit either from us or from you to us. However, we do automatically insure each shipment through USPS to safeguard your purchase for you. If you receive a shipment damaged item, please email us for further instructions on how to process your claim through the shipper.
